Year in Review

It's been a busy year for Single Tree Farms!! Here's a look back at everything going on since our last post!

We acquired some bovine companions - Meet Mama Dollie, Mollie, and Festus!

*Mollie (black and white) has since been sold - we bought the cow and calves with the intent of selling the heifer and processing the steer for beef.

We preserved and stored away our yummy harvest for winter.

We bought a bunch of baby chickies to add to our flock - oh how they grow!

*Rooster is from last year's hatching, but isn't he a pretty boy?

We sold our first goat babies, and now have six new little ones!

Serena also had a new litter of buns, who have all gone to their new homes.

And we're already knee-deep in this year's garden! 

B built me some lovely raised beds for herbs, lettuce, strawberries, asparagus, and rhubarb! Yay!
